Bob Bailey is the founder of several successful healthcare and IT services firms, and a current Principal at Healthcare IT Leaders, Sublimation Health, and Locums Choice. Four of his companies have ranked on the INC 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies. Previously, he was a co-founder of Locum Leaders, now part of AMN Healthcare, and B2B Workforce, now a Randstad company. He holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.

CEO Robert “Bob” Harrington, MD, MHM, is a physician executive with extensive clinical experience in a variety of practice settings, including rural health systems. He was one of the nation’s first hospitalists and has served as a site Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, VP of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer, most recently serving as physician-in-chief at Novant Health in South Carolina.
He received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, his medical degree from Temple University and completed his Family Medicine residency at The Medical Center of Delaware. He is a past president and board member of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM), and was awarded the Master in Hospital Medicine designation by SHM for his contributions to the field of Hospital Medicine.

Senior Managing Director Chris Miller leads the design and implementation of all Arcadius Health client engagement.
Chris joins the firm from Tegria, a healthcare consulting firm, where he was a SVP. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Cumberland Consulting Group, where he was a Principal and Partner. Chris began his career at Epic Systems as an implementation manager.
He holds a BS in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University.

Russ Rudish is founder of Rudish Health, providing talent acquisition and executive search for hospitals and health systems. Prior to founding Rudish Health, Russ was Vice Chair and US and Global Health Care Leader for Deloitte, the world’s largest health care professional services firm. He also served as executive vice president at Eclipsys Corporation, a healthcare clinical and financial software vendor. Earlier in his career, Russ was a partner at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and its predecessor firm Ernst & Young LLP, where he led the Health Care Practice in the US and EMEA.
